Tutorial

  1. Set up a camera or smartphone on a tripod and a timer.

  2. Stand behind a blank wall. (White/Gray prefer)

  3. Take close up photo of chest with both arms in the air. (U or Y shape)

  4. Email required information and photo to breastshirt@outlook.com
